Here you can find frequently asked questions regarding MyCarletti account.

Can everyone create an account?

Yes, everyone can create a standard MyCarletti account to see order history, track orders and much more. 

In the dashboard the customer can apply for "Full Account Access" to see extended FAQ's and product specifications. Applications will be handled manually by Carletti and you will be informed by email. 

Can I see order history and invoices in MyCarletti?

Yes, you can see your order history in the dashboard under the tab "My orders". When you have entered the order, go to the tab "invoices" and click "See PDF invoice".

Can I upload documents to my account?

No. Documents must be uploaded by admin, but you are welcome to contact ecommerce@carletti.dk to reqest upload of a document to your account. 

Can I create lists with product favourites?

Yes. You will in your dashboard see the tab called "My Favourites" where you can add your favourite products.
