Monitoring program:
We carry out microbiological analyses in our internal, not accredited laboratory on a weekly basis. The samples analyzed are randomly selected samples produced at our production site.
Our monitoring program also covers:
- Raw materials used for production of finished goods
- Environment: Swab samples for coliforms on production equipment
- Environment: Analyzes for coliform bacteria in water used as raw material and for cleaning
- Environment: Precipitation samples analyzed for total plate count, yeast and mold
- Environment: Analysis of compressed air used for production
- Allergens: Selected samples are analyzed to ensure correct trace labelling
- Hygiene: Hand hygiene test
