Carletti A/S confirms that our mocca beans, chocolate and compound lentils are produced from ingredients that do not contain gluten and the finished product does not contain traces of more than 20 mg/kg of gluten.
The mocca beans and lentils can be used as an ingredient in a gluten free product.
However, the mocca beans and lentils are not labelled “gluten free” as products are of a food type that does not normally contain gluten (EC 1169/2011 article 7).
